1. Who can use VIA MEET
VIA MEET is restricted to users aged 18 and over. By using the app or this website you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
VIA MEET is a social activity discovery platform. It is designed to help people find activities, events and organizers near them and connect around shared interests — it is not a dating service.
2. Legal identity of the operator
We are currently completing our formal company registration. This page will be updated with the registered company name, registration number and registered address as soon as that information is finalized — we will not invent or guess this information in the meantime.
If you need this information for a specific purpose (for example, a data protection request), contact us and we will respond with the accurate status.
3. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your conduct when attending or organizing activities discovered through VIA MEET.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, applicable local laws, and to treat other members and organizers respectfully.
4. Activities, organizers and real-world risk
Activities listed or discovered through VIA MEET are organized by independent organizers or members, not by VIA MEET itself. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, quality or legality of any activity, venue or organizer.
Attending any real-world activity carries inherent risk. You are responsible for exercising judgment about who you meet and where you go, and for verifying details directly with the organizer where relevant.
5. Availability and changes
VIA MEET's mobile apps are not yet publicly released. Features described on this website, including planned pricing for optional premium tiers, are subject to change before and after launch.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, to protect the safety of our community.
You may stop using VIA MEET at any time and request deletion of your account and data — see our Delete Account page for details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIA MEET is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at third-party organized activities.
8. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be specified here once our company registration is finalized. We will not fabricate a jurisdiction in the meantime.
