1. Who can use VIA MEET

VIA MEET is restricted to users aged 18 and over. By creating an account or using VIA MEET you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

VIA MEET is a social activity discovery platform. It is designed to help people find activities, events and organizers near them and connect around shared interests. It is not a dating service.

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to the VIA MEET public website and the VIA MEET web app/PWA at app.viameet.app, together with VIA MEET account, event, social, messaging and related services that are made available to you.

Native mobile applications may be released separately. Availability of one VIA MEET client does not mean every planned client, feature or paid option is available at the same time.

3. Legal identity of the operator

We are currently completing the formal legal identity for the VIA MEET operator. This page will be updated with confirmed legal details when they are finalised. We do not publish guessed or unconfirmed company details.

4. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for protecting access to your account and for your conduct when using VIA MEET or attending or organizing activities discovered through VIA MEET.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, applicable law and reasonable safety rules, and to treat other members and organizers respectfully. VIA MEET may use report, block, moderation and access controls to protect the service and its community.

5. Activities, organizers and real-world risk

Activities listed or discovered through VIA MEET may be organized by independent organizers or members rather than VIA MEET itself. Unless VIA MEET explicitly states otherwise for a specific activity, VIA MEET does not operate or guarantee that activity, venue or organizer.

Attending real-world activities carries inherent risk. Use reasonable judgment about who you meet and where you go, follow venue and organizer instructions where applicable, and verify important details when needed.

6. Joining, capacity, waitlists and attendance

Event capacity, join requests, waitlists, organizer approvals, cancellations and attendance-related states may be managed by VIA MEET systems and by the organizer according to the event settings. A displayed place or request state is not a guarantee that an activity will take place exactly as planned.

Do not manipulate capacity, attendance, referral, reward, reporting or other trust and safety systems. Abuse may result in reduced privileges, suspension or termination.

7. Your content and communications

You remain responsible for content you submit, including profile information, event descriptions, messages, group content and reports. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or unsafe content.

Where messaging or community features are available, their privacy and moderation model may differ by feature. VIA MEET may preserve or review content where permitted and reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, support or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability, changes and paid features

The VIA MEET web app/PWA may be available independently of native mobile apps, which are not yet publicly released. Features described on the public website, including optional Premium, promotion or pricing concepts, may be introduced, changed, delayed or removed before becoming generally available.

We may update the service and these Terms as VIA MEET evolves. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access where an account violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, presents a safety or abuse risk, or where action is reasonably necessary to protect VIA MEET, its users or third parties.

You may stop using VIA MEET at any time. Registered web-app users can start self-service account deletion from Settings. If you cannot access your account, see our Delete Account page for the fallback process.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIA MEET is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that every activity, organizer, participant, venue, message or third-party service will be accurate, safe, available or suitable for you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

The final operator identity and any governing-law or jurisdiction provision that must accompany it will be published once the legal setup is finalised. Until then, VIA MEET will not state an unconfirmed jurisdiction as fact.
